Cancellations and Late Appointments
To better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments
or there is a 50% charge per service.
If appointment made
same day need four hour advance cancellation notice or 50% of service will be applied.
If late we will
charge for full scheduled appointment. If late more than 10 minutes without prior notice or arrangement we
may not be able to honor the appointment.
All charges must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
We will confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance.
Please note that we do our
best to accomodate our clients needs and respect their time so we ask that you respect our time as well as that of other clients
by showing up on time.
In cases of habitual or excessive tardiness we reserve the right not to rebook
clients.
* Exceptions may be made in extreme emergencies and at our sole discretion.
